2019-12-03 12:54:15 +0000 UTCI know how the Sub vs Dub poll turned out but... I'll be honest this is one anime where watching the dub helped a lot for me. This show is tough to follow as it is, the dub made it easier. Plus the dub voices are perfect for each character.

2019-12-03 00:13:50 +0000 UTCyeah it became a meme for them at this point. but yes the last guy at the end who looks like george washington is indeed lelouch's dad, the emperor of britannia. also note the fact in episode 5 where lelouch and suzaku spoke of the issues of the world the two parallels between the two was very interesting. Both agreed on that the world is sad and rotten but in the end when asked "how would you create such a ideal world free of struggle" thats where the two people differ. Lelouch spoke with confidence "when someone wins then the fighting will stop" while suzaku was not sure but only that he had to keep fighting to find such a route. One of the best scenes imo as it clearly showed what type of character each of them are.

Orange has no meaning, he said something like "Do as i say or orange will go public" to jeremiah on live TV before using his geass on him forcing him to do as he says, creating a scenario where Jeremiah looks like Zero has dirt on him. It's why Jeremiah's reputation and standing has all been trashed and nobody trusts him, in their minds they are convinced "orange" is something incriminating and that Jeremiah is a traitor in some way when it's actually completely made up.
