Much tighter, the rules of the institute must be learnt only by audio, which is much harder. The shoe compartment is smartly placed right under the patient's nose.
This box also has a whole air-intake control and temperature control thingy that can help with problematic patients (All of them). Electro-torture also included.

Probably these malcontents should be rigged up with breathing, nutrient, and waste removal umbilicals and left boxed up. They can receive their re-educational shock treatment in their crates just as easily as anywhere else!
