[Restoration] Sneak Peak #1: Delay Turn

An idea that's been around (and is fairly common in the tactical RPG genre) is to allow some characters to delay their turn until later in the round when other battlefield factors change, namely positions on the battlefield that have become open. In particular, back-rank battle entities who happened to roll high initiative could be penalized for it and be stuck behind allied lines and unable to do anything for the first round.

To address this we're going to be adding Delay Turns for the upcoming 0.2 alpha release.

There are two types of delays: a short delay of 5-7 turns, and a longer delay of 10-14 turns. Each round, a battle entity can perform up to two short delays, or one long delay. Delays must be done before any movement or combat ability points are spent. It does not matter if a battle entity is missing some movement points from a status effect such as Rooted, Limping, etc.

This should allow for ranged units in the back row wait for allies in the front row to be able to move forward first, making the first round of combat much more impactful.
