Progress of the new update

Time for another progress update! Let's go over some things.

First of all. The itchio crisis for our game is somewhat averted. Itchio has restored all free to play nsfw games. This means that for now we're doing okay. The future is of course still unstable. We don't know what payment processors will do next. Many other developers with paid games are still affected. I have to say this is a very stressful period in the adult developers community. Many had to modify their games, create demos, abandon projects that would now risk bans. Having your whole livelihood be under threat like that of course can be very stressful and I'd like to take this time to thank you for your support. Really, Thank you.

Now to get back into news directly about the progress of the game. Here's a message from the artist Sixie who's hard at work with the new scene:

Hello, this is Sixie. It's been a while since the last time I had to make a whole new scene so I took this chance to rethink: What has Jun become?

At first when I was redesigning Jun, I consider her more of a robotic, expressionless doll that wouldn't make much reaction without strong stimulation, like a marble waiting to be shaped.

Through these years I've been asking about and spying people's fan art to understand how the robot girl is seen from the perspective of our players' eyes. Jun has more or less gained a direction on her character's shape. She learnt to love, care, and even be jealous (I saw a lot of yandere fanfic).

I think it's the right time to sort of revamp the variety of her expression in the new scene, since it's past mid game. Which she'd be making more lively and humanly expressions.

We treasure our community and learn from it while developing the game and this is the robot girl we've shaped along the way. I look forward to seeing yall as we continue to develop.

When will the update be released?

The progress sadly wasn't as good as I estimated. It's hard to give a good estimate for now. Of course, if you aren't happy with the progress I can give you a refund.
