Quick Update

Hey,

I have to unfortunately report that EP7 - Interactive is still not done. We are now facing issues with the audio syncing. We got all the final audio from the Audio-Guys and placed them in Unreal in the sequencer. And now everything is off. We are not sure if it´s a performance issue, if it's an old Unreal bug, or something else. There is a bit of documentation on that on the Internet. Also with fixing suggestions, but they did not work for us. And I checked (like 50 times) if the audio in general syncs to the Video that I sent do the Audio-Guys for creating it and it's all fine. It´s just that Unreal decided to not play the audio exactly at the moment when it´s supposed to be played.

But the good news is, we got the groom hair fixed! That was also something... Since we had spawnable characters and they were not in the levels in the first place, Unreal did not cook the hair dynamics in the project when you build it. And after months (!) we found 1 (!) fix for that someone posted in a sub-sub-sub-forum somewhere.

But yeah, still not done and I am really sorry. Those are all things that we simply did not think would be an issue... But before it´s not fixed, we can´t release it.

Alright, we keep on working on it now until we got that all sorted out. Fingers crossed no other bugs show up.

I will also make a post earlier this week, should we be able to finalize it before Friday and before it´s added to Affect3D.
