Covid Vaccine & Side effects - No update this week

I got my first Biontech Shot last Saturday and since then had very intense side effects. I also had to go to Hospital today. Everything is fine, but I won´t be able to give you an update this week. I was told to stay in bed and go back for a check on Monday again.
This week I will just reply to messages and stuff, but won´t do any work, just that you know!
