New UI confusion
Added 2022-07-25 17:32:59 +0000 UTCI'm rather bummed to see that Patreon has decided to change for the worst the interface (again!). Now some basic functions are hidden, like the subscribers count and the monthly pledges total. The kind of stuff that you need to see on a creator's profile page, such as a youtube subscribers amount.
At least, I can't see mine anymore (in the home page) and not even on other Patrons account I have pledged to.
Isn't this new design just great? I guess I'll have to post some sort of weekly reminder only to show you how well we are doing, how many of you are still here and so on. Starting from now.
By the way, you're doing great. I'm proud of the numbers we have achieved and you should be as well. I guess the new trend is "be ashamed of earning money , let us hide it for you".
PS: I've opened a patreon support ticket for this issue, if you feel like doing it as well it might increase our chances of getting some of the UI back.

They messed up big time. I encourage everybody to report issues and the elements that should be improved or simply brought back, because the more people send feedback the more likely the team will listen. I already know they are receiving several feedbacks form other creators and are communicating with the design team, so let's hope we get some updates within a couple of weeks.

For example if you do your pledges in a currency that isn't dollars it still shows your pledges with the $ symbol so sometimes when I'm looking at my pledges list and it's says I'm pledging two thousand dollars instead of SEK I get a small heart attack as 1 SEK ≈ 0.1 USD

2022-07-26 07:43:46 +0000 UTCI hope you are able to find the things you need to find. It took me a couple of times pulling up patreon to remember that the logout button is now in the bottom left of the screen.
