Duskstar
Weapon (morningstar), very rare (requires attunement)
You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with Duskstar. Additionally, while this morningstar is on your person you can see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, to a distance of 120 feet.
Might of Night. Duskstar is cruel to creatures that can’t survive the night. When you have advantage on an attack due to darkness, Duskstar deals an additional 1d8 necrotic damage on a hit.
Shadewave. As an action while wielding Duskstar, you can hold it aloft and speak the word ‘dusk’ to emit a pulse of shadow. All nonmagical light sources within 100 feet of you are extinguished, and magical light sources are diminished for 1 minute. Magical dim light within that area becomes darkness, and magical bright light is darkened to dim light. Once this property of the weapon has been used, it can’t be used again until you complete a short or long rest.
This morningstar is forged from the jagged ore of a dark meteorite. As the mysterious meteor tore across the sky, it soaked up sunlight and turned the day to dusk. Where it fell, a pall of darkness lingers to this day.
