Pinning Talons. When you Sneak Attack a creature with this dagger, you can expend 1 charge to reduce the creature’s movement speed to 0 until the end of its next turn.
Raptor’s Reflexes. When you attempt a Dexterity (Acrobatics or Stealth) or Wisdom (Perception or Survival) check while this dagger is on your person, you can expend 1 charge to gain advantage on the roll.
Uncanny Strike. When you use Uncanny Dodge and the attacker is within your reach, you can expend 2 charges to make one attack with this dagger against that creature as part of the reaction.
Wings of the Raptor. When you use your Cunning Action to Dash while this dagger is on your person, you can expend 2 charges to gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed until the end of your turn. You fall if you are still aloft when the flight ends.
