so that's what it means! thank you for the explanation! the lyrics of the opening for sure talks a lot about killing people and they see it as a competition or something πŸ˜…

"Jingo Jungle" is the title of the anime opening song. Like how the title of Overlord S3 opening is Voracity. "Jingoism" is an extreme national pride to the point of aggression or war. The title is saying that Tanya is in a "jungle" of war hungry people. In other words, she is surrounded by war.

*heavy comment, feel free to ignore* What do you consider evil? Is it hurting people? There are a lot of people dying in this war, is it evil to continue the war? Or would it be evil to stop it, and waste all the lives already lost? Is evil acting coldly to human suffering? Certainly Tanya is very cold to everyone around her, and she kills without a second thought, but that cruel, pathological way of dealing with warfare is keeping herself, her Company, and maybe her whole country alive. Is it evil to act irrationally? Was it unfair that the Salaryman was pushed in front of a train by someone he had fired? The pusher was acting true to his emotions at least, and maybe there is even some justice in the heat of retribution. Is it evil to take away someones choices, even if you consider that you are doing them a favour? How far is going too far to save someone from death, from pain, from ignorance? Im sure Being X would have an interesting opinion. Are certain actions evil? Can they be done in a manner that is good? How is responsibility dealt out; to the commander? To the soldier? To the victim? Whose soul is most tarnished? I have no answers, but this show has a whole lot of questions.
