Sebas, who was created by Touch Me looks like Touch Me's player did in real life. Demiurge was created by Ulbert, who loved the idea of evil characters and playing an evil demon character. Yes, you were right, Tuare was the sister of the magic user that Clementine tortured and murdered in season one. She was adventuring in order to get enough power to rescue her sister, but of course she was not able to because Clementine murdered her.

Blumrush is someone that he is feeding bad intelligence to because Blumrush is selling info to the empire. Second the Abelion sheep are people from Abelion region Demi uses sheep to mean people that don't think for themselves, because it is a highly religious kingsom, as a joke that Ainz still doesn't get. And the last piece would be Albedo's comment at the end. Remember when her program was changed in Ep1 it was she is in love with "Momonga" so when Ainz said he swore to protect Tsuatr under his new name her programing does not acknowledge that as sufficient and she defaults back to her more negative traits to humans.
