Rod, rare (requires attunement by a warlock)
This walking cane is topped with a decorative raven's skull, both of which shimmer with a dark iridescence. While holding the cane, your spell save DC and spell attack bonus each increase by 1. While attuned to the cane, you have resistance to psychic damage and can't be communicated with telepathically against your will.
You can use the cane's following properties while holding it.
Mimicry. You can use an action to recreate a simple sound of your choice from the cane; its volume can range from a whisper to a scream. A successful Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC reveals that the sound is illusory.
Spells. You can use an action to cast either of the following cantrips from the cane: mage hand (the hand appears as a spectral raven) or message (a spectral raven delivers your message to the target). In addition, you can use an action to cast the phantasmal force or phantasmal killer spell from the cane, using your spell save DC. Once the cane has been used to cast one of these spells, it can't be used to cast that spell again until the next dawn. You can also cast either spell using a warlock spell slot, provided the spell slot is of a high enough level to cast the spell. Whenever you cast these spells while attuned to the cane, the illusion always features a raven.
Believe nothing you hear, and only one half that you see.
