Crowfoot's Cane

This musket looks like a normal metal cane. Its handle is designed to resemble a crow. You can prime the weapon by lifting one of the crow's wings (no action required); doing so extends a trigger from the cane's handle, which looks like a crow's foot. The weapon can't be fired without first priming it. Ranged attacks made with this cane are silent. After making the ranged attack, the cane's wing and trigger retract, requiring you to prime the weapon again before firing another time.
Priming the weapon using the crow's left wing and then firing it makes a ranged attack with the musket as normal. When you prime the weapon using the crow's right wing, a target hit by that ranged attack also becomes unable to speak or make noise (as if affected by the silence spell). This effect lasts until the end of your next turn. Hit or miss, the right wing can't be used to prime the weapon again until the next dawn.
A single crow can't normally a murder make, but this may be the exception.
