Heroic Ideas — Choose 2 community item ideas to be made!

Hey heroes!
Each week on Discord, community members nominate other members' suggested items to be made into official Saddlebag items. The top two most voted-for item ideas each week get made, following back and forth workshopping and discussion.
You can submit your ideas on Discord, too! Come join us in the #patron-item-workshop channel!
You may recognize some returning item suggestions! Items can be renominated and re-drawn for weekly polls following a week-long cooldown.
Here are the randomly selected item ideas drawn from this week's nominations!
Ideas
1) Boots of the Icewalker — These furred boots are decorated with winter wolf fangs and blessed with ice and snow, giving you bonus cold damage on unarmed strikes made with your feet. Ice no longer is difficult terrain, and you can either create an icy path after your movement, or quickly walk across water by freezing parts of it.
2) Axes of Axes — This handaxe is comprised of three distinct blades, each with a uniquely colored arrow. When you make a thrown attack with this weapon, you can cause the axe to split into three. The more axes that hit the target, the more effects they are subject to: they can be pushed away from you, have levitate casted on them, or have telekinesis casted on them.
3) Eyes of the Sleeping Spy — The lenses of these glasses are made to resemble dreamcatchers. You can see a sleeping creature's dreams above them. You can also touch a sleeping creature to infiltrate their dream. During this time, you can attempt to influence the dream to learn the answer to a question the target may know.
4) Narrator's Bookmark — This red leather bookmark has a rounded end and is creased in the middle. When placed inside an open book you can speak its command word, causing it to animate like a tongue, reading the book aloud in the language it was written and continues until it finishes the page.
5) Preservation Jar — A jar for preserving body parts. Body parts in the jar are under the effect of the gentle repose spell, which can only hold parts from a single creature. You can perform an hour long ritual to cast true resurrection from the jar, targeting the creature who's body parts are in the jar. After casting in this way, the jar is destroyed.
6) Pallid Veil of Death — This pale green veil was taken from the harbinger of doom, granting you bonuses to saving throws. You can spend charges to cast spells such as bestow curse, phantom steed, or silence, as well as create an ashen and bare area, dealing necrotic damage to all within the space.
7) Cacti Staff — This prickly staff covered in blooming desert flowers deals additional piercing damage when you hit with it. You can also expend charges to fire a barrage of cacti needles to deal damage as well as additional damage each time they move while the needles are stuck in them.
Keep on adventuring!
