Sorry for the lack of posts, some of you who keep an eye on my Twitter may have saw that I stupidly hurt my back last week (and I do mean stupidly, I literally bent down to pick up my dog's leash and my whole lower back broke on me). After spending days alternating between heating, icing and slapping Bengay on my back I'm finally able to sit at a desk for long periods of time without being in pain. I'm hoping to get back on a regular schedule soon :)
