Alternate Thumbnails for Goth Girl's Sister

The Vampire Slayer aka Goth Girl's Sister is one of my favorite characters! She tends to say a lot more off the wall things compared to Goth Girl and she always makes an effort to do her best, regardless of whether or not she succeeds. She's a Helsing through and through, and her ultimate goal in life is to be just like her great-grandfather, Van Helsing himself. Since I'm not able to show Van Helsing on screen due to him canonically being a man, the Slayer is a fantastic way to show what that would look like. She's just like him, minus the Crimson House dallying.

One of her more striking characteristics is that likes wearing jackets due to their utility. The one she's most often wearing is her big Bear jacket, which is bulletproof, flameproof, waterproof etc. and has a ton of pockets! Another reason I gave her the jacket is that I wanted her to be instantly recognizable compared to Goth Girl, since, being sisters, they look alike!

While Goth Girl tends to be dark, brooding, and steeped in magics and witchcraft, The Slayer likes getting her hands dirty and prefers to be out in the field catching vampires and ghost-busting. But her issue is that she naturally repels supernatural creatures, so if she were to go into a vampires den or a haunted house, she wouldn't find anything. However, she's learned to overcome this handicap by bringing the Conduit along on her missions, since they naturally attract creatures of all sorts.

One big exception, though, is her Pocket Gnome. Although she'd never admit it, the fact that her Pocket Gnome is firmly attached to her and doesn't run away is a big deal to The Vampire Slayer, and she likes to buy fancy colas to give to them on a sponge.

While I haven't made a ton of videos with The Vampire Slayer, I'm always thinking about new ideas for her! One of my major goals with characters is that I want them to feel like real, living people with a life outside the videos, and even if you don't see her onscreen, I can assure you she's always out there training for her next big mission! The Slayer has always been special to me, and her nature really lets me flex some of the more creative ideas I don't normally get to do, such as the The Poltergeist video with her and the Conduit.

The Vampire Slayer will be taking the Conduit on a new mission within the next couple of weeks, so look forward to that!
