Like many people, Raphael has always been my favorite Ninja Turtle and was the star of this video. When I'm coming up with what locale I want to use for the Nurse videos, it's less about where the Hero would be canonically and more about where they would want to be for total relaxation. And in my mind, Raphael would love to be out of the sewer and hanging on the beach with his brothers! Getting back to his roots, if you will. I really liked the sounds of the waves in this one, and I liked to think Raphael did too! Putting oil on his shell was such a funny idea to me that I had to include it here! As for Star Trek, I'm personally a fan of the Kirk/TOS era because that's what I grew up watching so that's what I went with! What Ensign wouldn't be infatuated with Kirk? As some commenters pointed out, the background I used was from Discovery, rather than the Enterprise. This was on purpose, but primarily because I couldn't find a decent Enterprise background, and the look of the Discovery bridge reminded me of the J.J Abrams movies. I like to think of it as an alternate timeline! What a man, that Kirk!
