Hello Everyone!

All three scripts are finished! It's happening!

So I might have been a bit overzealous last month when I thought I would start filming. I added quite a bit to the third script to finish it and then went over the entire trilogy a few times to make sure it's all coherent. The last of my reviewers are finishing up with the third one now, but Script 1 is ready to go!

Here are the final word counts:
Script 1, precontact to 1843: 28,382
Script 2, 1840 to 1887: 24,980
Script 3, 1887 to present: 30,344

Total: 83,706 words.
Roughly 8 hours and 12 minutes of content across three videos.

With that, I'm beginning pre-production work. I've figured out I need 12 voiceover artists to read 9310 words. I need to record pronunciation guides for the Hawaiian words. I need to make storyboards for the various animation segments. I need to lose like 20 pounds so I don't look terrible on camera. I need to figure out the lighting situation in my new studio. I still need to order my posters. That kind of stuff.

I don't necessarily want to promise that I'm going to start filming this month, just because I did that last time and well, didn't. But, it's much more likely this month than last month. 😅

In any case, for sure, production has begun!
