Sneak peek to this week's Cloud+ tier set!! We found this beautiful studio and I knew as soon as I saw it that I NEEDED to bring Costa Del Sol vibes with Tifa. I know the hair isn't screen accurate but a woman with that much hair... It can't be a wig if I want to style it and then use the wig in her regular outfits again LOL. Who do we want our quarterly print to be??

We didn't shoot as much as I like to this quarter, but with major life changes, some things had to fall to the wayside. BUT, who do we want as the print of the quarter?? A lot of these are different than our usual options but who says it isn't good to mix it up once in a while??

A Form of Evolution

SO, this look was almost entirely unplanned and when I get to Madi's new studio, we just threw a bunch of pieces together! My armor, her chainmail and wings, my dress, my ears, the works! It feels like a character that evolves into an angel warrior version of herself?? IDK but that's why this post is called what it is LOL.

Igris Sword building (& breakdown)

These picture don't really do it justice, but I wanted to share the first steps of building this big sword! I tore apart my Kisara hammer a while ago for material so the initial PVC pipe is from that! With only one new sheet of insulation foam, I was able to carve out sizing thanks to making a cardboard pattern (pictured with my dogs fox toy he gave as tribute for attention HAHAHA)!

Add some hotglue (I bought a massive pack of glue sticks months ago that I'm still going through, woohoo...

Guard of the Steele Guild - Serena

Super excited to share my cosplay from my own book, Shards of Bounty! I'm not the ideal body type and the like for Serena, I love it and love making my original characters come to life. I pieced her together and we went into the canyons, bringing one of the settings from the book to life!

Hoping to bring Naomi, our other main heroine, to life next! But in the mean time, back to our regularly scheduled programming hehe

Armor of Igris helmet test

Please ignore my mess, my music playing, and my dog whining LOL.

BUT this is my first time building a helmet from SCRATCH and I wanted to pattern a model before wasting all the foam in the world LOL. This is a little downsized and not the best measured out, but half the time that's what cosplay is! Learning as we go and taking on fun challenges.

I'll be sharing something of a patter later in July! We'll... We'll see how it goes LOL.
