Cyberchunk 1000lbs Bug Fix?

An alt version with dialog suggestions from Tom about the Developers debating weather to fix this "bug" or keep it in the game.
I haven't played Cyberpunk 2077, but maybe there will be a sequel and Panam reaches 2077lbs? Have you played CB2077, what did you think of it? Would it have been better with a weight gain feature?
