I’m a sucker for baked goods but my current favorite is this giant iced croissant 🥐 that I enjoyed in Galesburg Ill. While vintage shopping.

Yes, my goal right now is definitely to put on more weight. I don’t mind losing weight, if it’s something that I want to do and it’s healthy for my body at the time. Right now is just not a good time for me to be losing drastic amounts of weight. It takes Energy away from what my body needs to be healing right now. I noticed the more weight I lost the worst I felt, my healing slowed way down, my depression grew, etc. So right now I’m working on putting some weight back on so that I can have the sustenance, nutrients, energy I need to devote to healing. Once I’m finally healthy again, healed up, I plan on prioritizing my fitness journey, since I will be able to move my body again. It’s wild how I was not able to move my body properly for about a year leading up to the surgery and I have no idea why. so yes, the goal right now is to keep that weight on and work on my fitness journey later once my health has recovered. I’m so excited for movement again! I can’t wait to dance, run, rollerskate, surf, hike, paddleboard, even just bend down without worry. It’s incredible how much I’ve taken my movement for granted over the years. I’m excited to get there again. 🎉🎉🎉

It can only be called a “croissant” if it comes from the Croissant region of France. Otherwise it’s a “sparkling crescent”. 😜 (They actually originated in Vienna, from what I understand.) I’m not supposed to eat them anymore, but my favorite is a toss up between a cheese danish and chocolate croissant.

Actually I love pastries, but I rarely have to indulge myself with it in order not to get fat😄 I love brownies with lime, kraffins and in general any kind of pies
