Welcome to my new students!

What an incredible week we have had! Over the last week I have acquired seven new fan dancing students. I’m so excited at how they have made space for this incredible craft in their lives. Many of them ready to buy fans right away, many committed to eventually hitting the stage, and a few, still finding their way, still figuring out their journey but committed to the experience of learning. I started with seven students at the beginning of Covid. And worked with those students over a two-year period. Now all of those students are moving on with their lives, most of them in the Burlesque world, performing for live audiences across the island.

I’m thrilled with the successes of my senior students and equally thrilled to see where my new students take this journey.

I don’t plan on taking on any new students for at least six months, although I’ve had a lot of inquiries, I think it’s important for me to focus on this incredible group of performers 1st.

Over the next week I will be creating contents as I can but my best friend is in town and she is getting married and I will be photographing her wedding as well! After that I need to pack and get ready to leave for the states. I will be heading to Michigan on the 19th, staying there a few days to work with Haley and then heading to Illinois to be with my father who is recovering from surgery. I will be in Illinois until around July 10 and returning to Puerto Rico after that. That is the plan so far! I’m going to be doing my best to keep up on content while I’m away for my only fans and Patreon. I will be continuing my road dog diaries even though I’m not on the road with American Pickers this time, I’m still going to keep you abreast of the happenings in my life over the next few weeks.

Hope y’all have a beautiful day today, it’s gorgeous out here in Aguada, I hope it’s a beautiful day in your neighborhood as well. I’m always curious to know where people are from. So, where are you from? Where do you spend your time? What’s the weather like there? Do you love it there?

Welcome to my new students!

Great to know you're passing along your knowledge and expertise of your craft. Good luck in the next few weeks with your family and friends. I've lived in New England my entire life. Being semiretired I spend summers at the beaches of choice (so many to choose from) Lots of golf ⛳ and meeting friends for dance 🕺and laughs. 🤪 Beautiful time of year now for any outdoor activity. Keep your toes in the sand and the sun on your face lady. 🏖😎

Congrats on so many students. I wish them well. Congrats also to your friend getting married. Good luck to your Dad.

Currently I’m half way between Richmond, Va., and Washington, DC. The weather here is generally “too damn humid to mow”, but quite often “it’s too rainy to mow” also fits. I can definitely see why tobacco does (or did?) so well around here. I suppose I like it here. Home is where the cats and books are after all.

First of all, congratulations to your students. As always, you have a very full calendar. Hopefully your dad is improving so you can enjoy your time with him and your family. I’m in Southeast Missouri and right now the weather sucks big time. Daytime temperatures around 100 degrees and heat indexes of 110 degrees. Typical Midwest summer.
