Confidence is a beautiful thing but how can we achieve it?
One tip is to stop comparing yourself to others. Wake up each day and meet yourself where you are. By this I mean, accept yourself each day as is. Thin hair, crooked teeth, overweight, underweight, acne or clear skin. Accept yourself as is, right now, appreciating and accepting your idiosyncrasies. Be in the moment with yourself. Be kind with yourself, knowing what you want and thinking through how to get there.
Comparing yourself to others causes jealous thoughts, those jealous thoughts create anxiety and a feeling of insecurity.
