Blaze Fury Poster restoration
Added 2020-12-21 23:51:59 +0000 UTCHere are some photographs from the blaze fury poster before it was cleaned. I will be uploading a video soon of the cleaning process. It’s a very simple process but you have to be very gentle. It’s very important you don’t soak the paper but you gently clean it with us a little water as possible to get off the debris. This poster was heavily encrusted with debris and dirt. It was necessary to use more water than I wanted to in the process of cleaning it but I was able to do so without damaging the poster from what I can see. The paper still feels strong, the cardboard backing is also maintaining its strength.
