One of my favorite things to do is strip with one garment through an entire song, sometimes two or three songs if I’m feeling myself. I’ll turn on the radio, whatever song is playing, that’s what I strip to. It’s wonderful practice for teasing the crowd. It really forces you to get creative with one garment. You get very familiar with how to work that garment if you have only IT to rely on as a prop through an entire routine. I practice this a lot because it helps me understand my wardrobe choices better and it helps me simplify my costumes, plus, it’s a wonderful practice especially for days when I’m feeling depressed. It forces me to turn my attention to something more productive and the exercise is great for an endorphin rush, which elevates my mood. Plus, it boosts the libido when we feel in touch with our bodies and how they move. Just take it slow and easy and be intentional with your movements and see how many different ways you can wow your audience with one article of clothing! Ok, now your turn🖤
