It doesn’t have to be perfect. Don’t edit yourself. Just dance. Put on music that moves your soul and Move your body, move it in weird ways , And fun ways, and beautiful ways, maybe I’m not so beautiful ways, just dance. Usually when I’m dancing I’m stretching at the same time. I used dance as a way to lubricate my joints and keep my body moving. Just move with no expectation. Just have fun, Just dance❤️
