I hadn't really thought about this before but all of the time jumps seem to be taking them to very significant moments in the past - the day Yemi's plane crashed, the night Aaron was born and Desmond turned on the hatch light, the day Rousseau and her team arrived on the island, etc. I mean, of course, its great for the show and we the viewers to see these moments, but I wonder if it could also be that somehow The Island is picking specific moments in time to re-visit?

And Jack said he didn't know how he could convince everyone. Ben said, "Perhaps I can help you with that...You have to do it together, all of you." Jack asked, "How?" And Ben said, " I have a few ideas."
