Game of Thrones 7x6 - full reaction

Drogon was on the ground, with Dany and the others getting onboard. The other one flying around was Rhaegal. The one that got killed (and now zombified) is Viserion. But yes all 3 were screaming and bellowing in anguish and pain....so sad

To me, this is where the show kind of goes of the rails, writing- and logic-wise. Arya being suddenly aggressive makes no sense. The little band of nearly every male character still alive uniting to go north of the wall reads like fanfiction -- it doesn't make much sense. The entire premise of capturing a wight to bring to Cersei makes no sense -- Jaime and Tyrion would both know it wouldn't matter to her, she's too selfish to put aside her desire to rule to unite with anyone against any enemy, or if she pretended to, she'd double-cross them. How did they even expect to capture one when they move in those giant armies? Jon knew that about them. And HOW did Gendry get back to the wall, get a raven to Dany, and Dany show up north of the wall in time to save them? They'd been trekking for days!! Dragonstone is nowhere near the wall!! How did she even FIND them in that massive land north of the wall?? Also WHY would she risk her life and her dragon's lives for 5 dudes she barely knows? Doesn't make sense! Benjen showing up randomly at the last minute, AGAIN, makes no sense. Jon even escaping that frigid water is a stretch. Then Jon suddenly deciding to bend the knee -- it's not that this COULDN'T make sense, it's that it happens too fast. I think that's the main issue here -- the abbreviated season / decision to end the show made them rush all these things to the point where they make no sense. MAYBE I could buy Arya turning on Sansa, but it needs buildup. Jon deciding to trust Dany -- needs more buildup. Dany deciding to rescue them -- we need more time to see her caring about Jon. I just wish the writers had taken their time to write longer seasons with episodes that build on one another instead of just jamming in cool action scenes in a plot that requires SO much suspension of disbelief. Ok rant over (for now...)

The Night King killed a dragon with a single spear throw. Aaaand now we have an undead dragon... This is not looking good for the living. That other dragon (I think it was Drogon, but I also can't really tell them apart) flying around after the other was killed, screeching - I think it was mourning.
