Okay I generally like Wednesday, but the way she treats Enid is starting to grate. Enid deserves better. I'm glad she confronted Wednesday about it in the end.
So, now that we've seen them at the same time: after episode 2 I thought Enid was the beast - but without realising it herself. Like she thinks she cannot wolf out but in fact she can, only her wolf form is the beast rather than a normal werewolf. She doesn't remember anything about being the beast. And someone else figured it out and was controlling her. But even in beast form Enid still felt deep down that she liked Wednesday and therefore didn't hurt her. This way Enid could be the monster without actually being evil. And there was even that scene in episode 3 where Enid met the homeless man in the shop, and he later ends up dead. It all made sense. Until it didn't.
I think you missed a huge clue in the bedroom. I hadn't noticed it when watching, but after you pointed out something in the hospital I saw it...
