I also love the references to Edgar Allan Poe throughout the show, such as Nevermore Academy and Poe Cup. I'm from Maryland, and he's very popular around these parts as it's where his literary career began, and he's also buried here.

But deep down, I secretly enjoy it." I was so worried when Wednesday was searching Xavier and Rowan's room. Shining a black light around a teenage boy's bedroom is a recipe for disgust.
