TAKING TIME
This month I’ll be celebrating my birthday, which at my age isn’t anything special or memorable. I’ve been more nostalgic and melancholy lately than I’ve been in a while, mostly due to seeing my family members aging rapidly and their health failing. Time goes by quickly and there’s nothing we can do to really stop it.
But that’s also a reason why we have to enjoy life, live in the present, and do what we can to appreciate anything and everything we have. Which is why I’ve chosen to start this month’s images with one of my favorite amateur models and genuine girls-next-door, Alyssa. She’s truly one of the most naturally beautiful local women I’ve met randomly in public and am always pleased when she makes time to collaborate with me.
