"Accolade" Characters: Chloe & Robby

In addition to her active social media presence, she also periodically appears in shallow reality TV series. Her body is her commodity, and she views plastic surgery as an investment.
Robby is a former professional footballer (soccer for the yanks) from West London, and Chloe's boyfriend. Even as a player, he gained a lot of fame for his pretty-boy looks and playboy lifestyle. Since retiring from the game, he makes his money through high profile brand sponsorships and media deals.

It could be fitting in a corruption story, as you say. Toni from "Married to the Mob" for example is a character I can see who smokes.
