NO QUICK FIXES

IN this time of uncertainty and change, I wanted to create a series that illustrated the highs and lows of repairing old wounds. My buddies Erika and Yesenia were both eager to help, and one fun afternoon we all laughed, told stories, and shot hundreds of images based on that inspiration.

This series was taken last fall, just as the election frenzy was heating up. Now more than ever it seems applicable, with so much healing and hope needed to carry forward. Please stay positive, do what is asked of you, and try to think of what your neighbor needs as much as what you might require in life. We’re all in this together, if we all work towards a common goal.
