IN THE DOORWAY
I met British model Rosey in her subleased Hollywood apartment two months ago. She was immediately sunny and bright and full of energy, inviting me in, offering me drinks, and happily changing in front of me, which is fairly common these days but always appreciated that she would trust me so quickly.
She had a myriad of outfits to choose from, pulling out tops and dresses and thigh-high socks, all of which I knew she looked great in. We finally settled on a few pieces and started shooting around her small little place, rearranging items on her messy countertop and small pieces of furniture to clear out backgrounds.
She was open to all of it, and as long as I didn’t capture her nipple or nether-regions, she was down to do anything on camera. As a warm-up, we shot in her doorway to her kitchen, and it didn’t take long for the knit top she was wearing to hit the floor. I moved several times to create different angles, finally settling outside and shooting her from behind through the outside kitchen door. She was radiant in the bounced sunlight and I knew we’d be creating a lot of magic this day.
