This is a situation where I have to pee hard in a Japanese style toilet.

This time I used the light from above to illuminate the crotch area.

I'm still not used to this painting method, so it takes me a while to compose the layers.

But I'm starting to feel that adding light is better for me than painting shadows. When I tried to paint shadows, I hesitated and couldn't put in deep shadows, but with light, I can put in bold shadows, and I can be aware of the finished product early on.

I'm a worrier, so I tend to be too scared to put in light shadows. If I want to add light, I first place a dark shadow over the entire image, so I can quickly apply light to the areas I want to show, which is probably good for people who worry.

Recently, I have been watching the YouTube correction videos of Seiji Yoshida, a background graffiti artist, and I was struck by how often he talks about "feeling good here.

I felt like I had forgotten how good it feels to draw.

When Mr. Yoshida paints a background, for example, when he adds light to the leaves in the forest or dirt to the trees, he says, "Oh, this feels good. He seems to be really enjoying painting.

I think the moment you feel good about yourself is the moment when the picture starts to look good to you. It's like, "Yes, I like this expression. In short, I think it means that I am tugging at my heartstrings. Those moments feel good.

I wanted to increase the number of such moments in my work, and the way I've been working lately, adding light, is quite pleasing. Especially when the light is good.

I also feel good when I can draw a cute face.

In the future, I would like to cherish such pleasant moments.
