I'm fairly immune to desire around all the beautiful women I work with, but I've always been an Anglophile. Having this beautiful woman laughing at my jokes, changing in front of me, AND speaking with an English accent was finally more than my body could take. I casually explained that all to her and she immediately stopped, and we both laughed and bonded easily over the moment.
