Progress Update: Chapter 3

Originally this chapter was supposed to be shorter than chapter 2 (about 2/3 of the length) since I was going away for the holidays, but after thinking about it and doing some talking with my family, I decided that it'd be selfish of me to waste your time with a subpar follow-up.
So Instead of leaving in December, I'll be going somewhere around late January which is more than enough time to finish the chapter in full-length.
