Notification: Annual Subscriptions

Patreon has enabled Annual subscription for us since of today, so we would like to enable it.
This means that you'll get a 15% discount for a yearly subscription! We want to make sure our current patrons know about this so they can switch over to it if you are sure you want to support us for a year.
If you feel like you want to do that instead of paying on a monthly basis, you can now use that instead.
