Maybe create a community section in your patreon, and create a thread entitled, ‘The things that live in my head’ and just post whatever is happening as it happens. I found that helped me. Talking in the moment, rather than trying to articulate a state of mind after the fact. Trust us, we’re weirdos here. You might find that you’re the normal one, and that we are the odd ones. So chin up, and drink some fecking tea.
