Greatest Idol C12 Into you

I woke up at the crack of dawn, around 4:00 AM, and began my exercise routine as per Lux's instructions. In the confines of my cramped apartment, I went through a series of stretches and bodyweight exercises. Once I had changed into my workout clothes, I ventured outside for a jog.

As I ran, sweat began to trickle down my cheeks and back, but I pushed onward. Strangely, I felt no fatigue whatsoever, as if an infinite well of energy propelled me forward.

I only paused briefly to take sips from my water bottle before resuming my jog. Before long, I found myself at the entrance of the local park. An assortment of early risers in exercise attire dotted the landscape.

Spotting an empty bench, I took a seat and gulped down some water. Lux's voice chimed in my ear, "Tired already? It seems the Fame Energy within you is starting to wane. You need to find a way to create another viral video soon."

"I know," I muttered under my breath.

We continued our silent exchange until Lux suddenly fell quiet. I soon understood why as a fit and beautiful woman sat down beside me, also taking a drink from her water bottle.

I stole a glance at her, admiring her toned physique, but felt too shy to initiate a conversation.

"It seems you're still quite awkward around beautiful women," Lux snickered. I chose to ignore his jab.

"Ah, that hit the spot," the woman said after taking a long sip of water. Sweat glistened on her forehead and the front of her shirt clung to her chest, damp with perspiration.

My heart raced nervously as she turned to look at me. With a friendly smile, she asked, "I haven't seen you around here before. Is this your first time at the park?"

I responded shyly, stumbling over my words a bit. "Y-yeah, I just started coming here recently to jog in the mornings."

She seemed amused by my nervous demeanor. "Well, it's always nice to see a new face. I'm Karen, by the way."

I nodded, looking at her offered hand. Hesitantly, I reached out and grasped it, feeling the softness of her skin as we shook hands. "Nice to meet you, Karen. I'm Jacob."

Karen looked at me with an amused smile playing on her lips. "Jacob, huh? Nice to meet you too."

As we shook hands, I couldn't help but notice how smooth and delicate her hand felt in mine. Her fingers were slender and well-manicured, and her palm was warm and inviting. I found myself momentarily lost in the sensation, marveling at the contrast between her soft skin and my own calloused hand.

Karen's smile widened as she asked, "So, Jacob, when did you start working out?"

"Oh, I just started recently," I replied, trying to sound more confident than I felt. "I decided it was time to get in shape, so I've been coming here in the mornings to jog."

"Is that so?" Karen's eyes sparkled with interest. She glanced down at our hands, still clasped together, and said teasingly, "Um... Your hand..."

I suddenly realized I was still holding onto her hand long after the handshake had ended. Embarrassed, I quickly pulled my hand away and stammered, "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to..."

Karen waved her hand dismissively, laughing with genuine amusement. "It's nothing, really." She leaned in slightly, her voice taking on a playful tone, "Actually, I intentionally held onto your hand a little longer. Don't mind my teasing."

I felt my face grow warm, and I knew I must be blushing. "Okay..." I managed to say, feeling somewhat flustered by her forwardness.

Karen tilted her head, studying me with a curious expression. "You know, it doesn't quite fit your appearance to be so shy, especially when you're this good-looking."

Her compliment caught me off guard, and I found myself stuttering, "I-I'm not shy, I just... I mean..."

Karen's laughter rang out like wind chimes. "Oh, you definitely are! It's actually quite endearing." She leaned back on the bench, crossing her legs as she fixed me with a mischievous gaze. "Tell me, Jacob, do you have a girlfriend?"

The question hung in the air between us, and I felt my throat go dry.

I opened my mouth to respond, but no words came out.

My gaze transfixed by Karen's stunning beauty. Her long, chestnut hair cascaded down her shoulders in soft waves, catching the morning light and shimmering like strands of silk.

Her eyes, a striking shade of deep blue, sparkled with intelligence and mirth.

The delicate slope of her nose led to full, rosy lips that curved into an enchanting smile. She was a vision of loveliness, and I found myself utterly captivated.

"Are you still with me, Jacob?" Karen's melodic voice snapped me out of my reverie.

"Uh, yeah, sorry," I shook my head slightly, trying to regain my composure. "What were you asking again?"

Karen's smile widened, revealing a row of perfect, pearly teeth. "I was wondering if you had a girlfriend."

I felt my cheeks heat up as I stumbled over my words. "Um, no... Unfortunately, I don't have one at the moment."

Karen's eyes widened in genuine surprise. "Really? That's hard to believe, considering how good-looking you are."

I scratched the back of my head, feeling both flattered and embarrassed by her compliment. "Well, I guess I just haven't found the right person yet."

The truth was, in both my lives, I had never had a girlfriend. I was still a virgin, having never experienced intimacy with a woman despite a few conversations in my previous life. It was a fact that filled me with a mixture of shame and longing.

Suddenly, Karen reached into her pocket and pulled out a small slip of paper. She scribbled something on it before handing it to me with a warm smile. "Here's my number. I'd love to get to know you better, Jacob. Maybe we could be friends?"

I took the paper, my fingers brushing against hers for a brief moment. As I looked into her eyes, I could swear I saw a flicker of interest, perhaps even desire, dancing within those vivid blue depths.

Was it because I had admitted to my lack of experience?

Karen winked at me, her voice taking on a playful, almost seductive tone. "If you ever want to build your confidence or need some advice, feel free to call or text me. I'd be more than happy to help."

With that, she stood up and resumed her jog, her hips swaying mesmerizingly with each step. I couldn't help but stare at her retreating form, my heart pounding in my chest as I watched her toned legs and the tantalizing bounce of her curves.

Lux's snickering voice broke through my daze. "Well, well, well! Looks like someone's got an admirer!"

I shot him a glare, my face burning with embarrassment. "Shut up, Lux. It's not like that. She just wants to be friends."

Lux rolled his eyes, his tiny wings fluttering with amusement. "Sure, sure. And I'm just a regular old fairy. Face it, kid, she's into you."

I huffed, stuffing Karen's number into my pocket. "Whatever. We need to focus on getting more Fame Energy. School starts in a few days, and I want to be prepared."

As I made my way back to my apartment, my thoughts kept drifting back to Karen. Her beauty, her flirtatious nature, the way she seemed genuinely interested in me... It all felt so new and exciting. But I couldn't let myself get distracted. I had a mission, and I needed to stay focused.

Once home, I took a quick shower and changed into my work uniform. As I headed out the door, I couldn't shake the feeling that everything was about to change. School, my social life, even my very identity... It all hung in the balance. But with Lux by my side and the power of Fame Energy coursing through my veins, I was ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.
