Ne'hez Yohma Changing Room 2

So finally. Here we are. Doing one page per week again. I have said beofre that I would downgrade the amount of shading and whatever else that goes into a typical page because it just takes too long. But then I didn't do it cos I'm a dumbass. And now I'm saying it again. It's even more frustrating knowing that trying to make it look that good isn't anywhere as worthwhile as just putting a lot of stuff out there. That's what gets more people to watch and donate. It sucks.

To be clear tho, I also had trouble sketching this page out. I erased the storyboard of the page by accident then redid the lower half multiple time. On the plus side, I hald half of page 3 sketched out since I cut it out from page 2 and it's hot buuuuuuuut I have some potential bad news : I got one comish to do, three comic pages comished as well and the july voted pic. So I don't know when I'll get to page 3 of Ne'hez Yohma.

Also I put some of the testing to refine Link's garb in there but I decided to leave it as is. I think the one without the belt might be better than the design I ultimately stuck with but what's done is done, I'm not gonna redraw over the entire pages. TAKES TOO LONG and given how the comic goes it's not gonna stay on for too long anyway...

Well that's it. See you whenever I have something else to post, I think I'll have some Disintegrity in the coming week but again, some comish work to do and all so don't keep your eyes too peeled for anything

All these comics I make, they're not audience driven, I do what I want ultimately and people donate or not. Mostly not, sadly, but I'm not chasing trends here so I'm not too surprised. I just hate how long it takes to make a single page.

part of finding a price-point for whatever you're selling is determining what's 'good enough' with 'enough' being determined by your audience. It's kind of a different beast making art for yourself versus creating content for an audience to consume. It does suck sometimes, but I don't know any way around that. πŸ˜” it's the price you pay for putting a price on you producing art!
