Disintegrity 117 remake

But I'll still detail some stuff out cos it actually took me some work, probably more than it deserved since the old one wasn't thaaaat bad except for one big problem. I probably could have given less effort to get that one done but oh well....
A bunch of the panels are entirely redone, even the background, starting with the first one. There was nothing too wrong with it but a general problem with the entire page : the characters look too small compared to the background. Otherwise I just tried to give Dani and Marcus (I think the snail's name is Marcus, it's been a while) a little more personality fitting to their dialogue.
It's in panel 4 and 5 that you can see how disproportionate the size of the couch was compared to Zee in particular. It's one of those issue I noticed years ago and has been bothering me ever since... But it's fixed now ! I even gave Zee a sexier pose in panel 4, not that the moment necessitates a sexy pose at all. But whatever, he looks better.
Really, that's about it. I don't know if I'll start working on the june poll winner or a Bromance Done page next but both comics are nearing their ends now. I think DIsintegrity is like 5 pages away from being done and Bromance done, 2 ? It's gonna be weird for me.

2021-07-15 23:27:04 +0000 UTCIt's not tiring really, no more than other comics. If anything, those remake pages still are easier than normal new comics since I have to fit to the process I started with, which is a less complicated process than Bromance Done goes through for example.

I can't believe we're nearing the end. Gonna miss these updates. But I am excited for you to begin a new chapter in your life too!

2021-07-15 11:48:13 +0000 UTCAs with the previous page, I like the new Danielle: in the old version, first panel, she looks like a scolded schoolgirl, like, but now she radiates her strong personality. Badder, somehow. (I know the actual form should be "bad"- "worse", but that doesn't hit the point here: Danille doesn't look "worse" but, well, badder.) Also, that's a much nicer guitar, and Zee's expression now is really like "sigh" now, in the old version it was more like "huh?" Is it really so few pages until the whole comic is redone completely? So these sessions of you explaining what you have changed and why will end, too? It's a pity, but I'm sure it has been tiring for you and still is. Thank you for your effort!
