Happy New Years~! Finishing off the year with our final monthly poll pic

This concept seems to be very popular, so I was happy to return to it and get to play around with more intox stuff as well as our favorite trashy roomates.
The background gave me a bit of a challenge, but it is so much fun to draw punk/psychedelic themed environments. Everything is allowed to be messier, looser, and getting to work with bright colors and do blacklight rendering is always a great time.
