So I said earlier today that the page wasn't dramatically different from the original (despite there being almost nothing but a splaf sound left from the original) yet I guess there is one substancial change to speak of still.
The THOUGHT BUBBLES. There's not much bubbles actually but there's THOUGHT at least. In the original, I tried to keep this stretch of pages mostly dialogue free. In retrospect I don't feel like the silence really enhances the scene, it just comes across as a bit awkward to me. Maybe that was the point back then ? I don't really remember. I don't know what I'm doing. So it's not impossible I'll backtrack on that before posting the page definitely but for now... I don't know ? It just seems more natural to hear Zee's internal monologue over wanting Larsen ? Especially since his confusion would go deeper than just some throwaway "I'm so confused" comment ?
It's probable back then I thought "actions speak louder than words, show don't tell !", while it's true and the added thought bubble are unecessary for proper comprehension of the scene, it just seems more relatable to actually have Zee's thoughts appear.
For the rest, quickly... it's the same. But better !
Anyway, the next page to remaster is 61 I think.
