Disintegrity 16 remake (and hi res) !

This one page is a bit of a special case because... I didn't have the original. To be more precise, I didn't have the full-size, hi-res, filled with all the construction block file that would allow easy and fast modification to the original page. All i had was an unfinished sketch of the original page and a small-res version, the one you can see above. Why ? Cos I forgot to save the finished photoshop file back then ! Not only did I forget that but I also forgot to save a hi-res version of it. So this page was almost entirely fully redone, except for the outline of the panels and the dialog.
So anyway, it chnaged by default but why did it change beside that ? Well...
In panel 1, first off, I didn't try to replicate the old background. I thought the bright-ish red wasn't exactly the atmosphere that the scene needed. The other big change was simply to frame the action in a way that doesn't hide Larsen's face. It's not the first time I have to make this kind of fix in the comic. It's just weird that we couldn't see his face ! So there. Fixed.
Panel 2's Zee got upgraded but all the changes are pretty self explanatory. I guess the most notable one is changing the "shut the fuck up" into a scratchier font to make it look more obvious that Larsen's is losing control of himself and is going a wee bit mad.
The next panel is basically the same thing but less bad.
Larsen's pose changes in Panel 4 cos I wanted him to look like he's trying to get a hold of himself and run away in a bit less of a pathetic fashion. He's still running away tho...
Last panel doesn't change much, but the last three panels have a sky that progressively darken. I guess that's that !

Thanks a bunch for the hard work and all the explanantion. Y'know, I allways take the old and the new version of a picture and try to figure out what the changes are before I read your description. I find a lot each time, but often fail to see exactly the changes you emphasize, and of course I don't figure out why the changes appear. I much appreciate the thing you do with the faces. The expressions are much livelier, and a lot clearer. That's a great improvement, especially with Zee (because I like him more ;-) ). "a sky that progressively darken", oh, yes, right, and it's going to rain in the next page. Very nice change!
