ok so little expansion logic bee i've had in my bonnet... I initially did this without the visible suntan lotion cause I wasn't sure if it'd bug anybody besides me to see a raptor character with feathers rubbing sunscreen into their feathers... but then when I was about to post this it was irking me to not see any visible lotion being rubbed in that was causing the embiggening, just a missed opportunity to drive home the visual storytelling, so I went back in and added just a touch, and attached both versions below. I often ponder the logistics of expansion tropes like lotions that are meant to go onto skin when it comes to furry / scaly / etc anthro characters, but rarely have it actually come up on pieces where there are multiple "surfaces" in one pic for it to be applied to, rather than just "short anthro hair" that can be rendered enough like skin and it won't bother anybody that much (besides me, of course.) When it's important for the plot, just gonna draw some lotion being rubbed onto scales and feathers alike lol
