Mineru - old fanart expansion poll wip!

So the last time I did a fanart expansion poll, I was super burned out, and just could not stop hating every rough I tried to sketch out for a piece with Mineru from Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom... and I've been feeling horribly guilty ever since for not following through on it. But now that i'm medicated, I'm determined to make good on those old poll winners, so I went rummaging around until I found the rough just to see if I needed to start from scratch.... and i actually didn't hate it! I did a few quick touch-ups here before sharing to make some shapes clearer, but this isn't too far off from my vision for it - I still want to mess with it some more and better emphasize the suuuuper long Zonai waist (and for once it's actually lore-accurate for me to give a character a crazy long neck, i dunno why i was being so gunshy lol) But yeah, i'm actually feeling this now!

I originally had it in a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, but I'm trying to be disciplined about keeping these Patreon pieces simple enough that I don't fall off the wagon again, so I scrunched it down to 4:3. I attached the original untouched rough from when it was 16:9 just for yuks, would be cool but I wanna get some more W's under my belt for lightweight, cartoony cel color pieces. I've actually been looking at some Zelda animated series screencaps just for chuckles too, not gonna bend over backwards to replicate that look, I'm much more interested in a Record of Lodoss retro fantasy look in the end.
