I wanted to make this a cinematic sequence in the same vein as this sequence for Miah, "AFTER MIDNIGHT" - it started off with an Elden Ring cutscene in mind, but I wanted to revel in the chance to have it in ultrawide aspect ratio and lean into the animated movie feel, and threw in a couple close-ups to really sell it.
In hindsight, I might have made this feel slightly better by having the facing go from left to right (or right to left) instead of facing the same direction in part 1 and part 4, but that would have meant redrawing some aspects I was already too much in love with in pts 1 and 2.
