Material Deck v2.0.2 & Plugin v2.0.1.0

Added a new tier

I've made some changes to this Patreon page. I've added a €1 tier, and named this tier 'Material Supporter', which was previously used for the €2.50 tier. The €2.50 tier is now called 'Material Novice'.
There isn't really any change for anyone who was in the €2.50 tier, except for the name change. Your Discord roles have also been updated to reflect this change.
