First look at Black Contract
Added 2022-10-25 11:19:09 +0000 UTCA quick update before the exciting things that will happen at the end of this month.
Working on Black Contract took up more time than expected because we already lost half of the month to other things, so unfortunately there's no additional SoE update like we had planned.
However!
We are currently working towards getting a sneak peek V0.1 version ready for the 5$+ tiers to get a look at before we even start steam submit. This will give you an idea of what the project will look like, and how far we've come this month. There'll still be a lot more to add before it goes live on steam, and we want to hopefully add much more, but I think we've got a good start so far!
Also!
One of our major commissions (no spoilers!) will be posted around the 29th, so we're going to be trying to line up all this together around that time. So there's a lot for you to look forwards too!

If we did do this, it's the kind of story piece that wouldn't show up until later in the story because we're still in the "discovering everything" phase. It's unlikely we're planning on having any one game be that long, so to have some more complex like that it would have to be in a sequel

Not necessarily one of the main characters but say...a traitor to the crown is suspected and the PC is used to implicate said traitor, leading to a punishment for the traitor? Only ask because it would make for an intriguing dichotomy as well as a fun competition concept to see who can be the better submissive.

Black Contract is a comic that Cubze is already doing for her patreon, and we're using the same art assets with extra things here and there. So as far as workload, there's no real bottle neck, we're just optimizing what we have already
